The Befriending Your Body Program respects the Health At Every Size (HAES) social justice model, respecting the influence and intersection of socio-cultural influences on the development of eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image disturbance. The program also respects and promotes the development of a healthy and free relationship with food void of any diet culture influence. Please note, this is not a weight loss program.
